From screenings to diagnostic cardiac catheterization, from angioplasty to rehabilitation, Mainland’s services have earned a reputation of excellence.
Interventional strategies involve looking inside blood vessels to check their condition and then repairing any problems.
Our Cardiologists use cardiac and peripheral diagnostics and interventions which are enhanced by our digital X-ray imaging systems; making it possible to view even hard-to-see blood vessels with exceptional clarity.
The Catheterization Lab staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and works with our Emergency Department staff to coordinate quick door-to-intervention times.

Seconds count when there is a cardiac emergency. Cardiac emergencies, including chest pain, heart failure, arrhythmias and heart attacks require quick treatment. To make sure every second counts, Mainland Medical Center’s Chest pain Care is located in the Emergency Department.
This care provides the hospital with more time to monitor patients who do not have clear symptoms of a coronary event so that they are not sent home too early or needlessly admitted.
